The Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project is a program designed to provide customized programs for unemployed youth aged 15 to 34, offering opportunities to enhance their employment capabilities. It was established to provide quality work experience opportunities for young people in response to recent recruitment trends shifting towards on-demand and experience-based hiring.

The MainBiz Association was selected as an operating institution for the first time last year and received an A grade, being evaluated as an 'Excellent Institution.' It collaborated with 145 companies to provide various job experiences to 250 young people. Notably, beyond simple work experience, some youths were hired as regular employees by partner companies.

The MainBiz Association plans to continuously recruit participants nationwide in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and other regions, providing pre-job training in management/administration, advertising/marketing, and IT fields, followed by supporting work experience for 8 weeks (up to 12 weeks). For each intern, a maximum youth support fund of 2.8 million KRW for 8 weeks, a mentor allowance of 300,000 KRW, and a company support fund of 400,000 KRW will be provided. Detailed recruitment schedules and application methods can be found on the official website.

Kim Myung-jin, president of the MainBiz Association, said, "Through the Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project, we will actively support young people to develop practical skills and grow into talents needed by companies," adding, "We will continue to faithfully serve as a bridge connecting youth and companies."
