Building a Technological Growth Foundation and Enhancing Competitiveness for SMEs
Yeongju City (Mayor Park Nam-seo) is recruiting four companies to participate in the 'Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Technology Growth Stepping Stone Project' aimed at building a technological growth foundation and strengthening competitiveness of SMEs until March 19.
The eligible applicants are manufacturing SMEs and knowledge-based SMEs (including software development and supply, engineering, and other scientific and technical services, among nine industries) located in Yeongju City.
Selected companies will receive customized consulting using professional consulting agencies for planning and discovering government technology development project proposals, company analysis, market analysis, and more to apply for government technology development public projects. Additionally, consulting will be provided to establish company-affiliated research institutes or obtain Inno-Biz (technology innovation-type SMEs) certification to build a technology foundation. Furthermore, incentives will be provided based on future government project selection and acquisition of technology-related certifications, with support of up to 12 million KRW per company.
Companies wishing to participate in the project can apply via email through the Northern Branch of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Economic Promotion Agency, and detailed information can be found in the 'Notices' section on Yeongju City's website.
