The Career Development Support Group at Kookmin University held the '2025 Corporate HR Managers Meeting' to explore ways to improve employment support policies and adapt to the changing recruitment market.
The meeting was attended by 46 HR managers from 45 companies, where lively discussions took place regarding the achievements of Kookmin University graduates and the qualities companies seek in talent, along with firsthand opinions from the field.
On the 20th, the Career Development Support Group of Kookmin University held the '2025 Corporate HR Managers Meeting' at The Plaza Hotel.
The event held on the 21st was attended by President Jeong Seung-ryeol, the head of the Career Development Support Group, the deputy director of LINC 3.0, adjunct professors, and support staff, emphasizing the need to strengthen cooperation and establish communication systems between companies and the university.
In particular, the outcomes and future directions of the 'Practical Core Job Expert Training (CoLab)' and 'Preliminary Job Expert Training (Junior CoLab)' programs, which the Employment Support Center has been operating for 10 years based on feedback from corporate HR managers, were shared, presenting concrete improvement plans for future employment support strategies.
HR managers attending the event emphasized that in the rapidly changing recruitment trends, students' capabilities and adaptability to the field have become crucial competitive advantages.
