The bank employee stated, "I am very proud to have been able to protect the customer's assets. This experience will motivate me to work even harder to safeguard customer assets in the future."
Chief Song Giju emphasized, "As voice phishing crimes are becoming increasingly diverse and sophisticated, and the amounts involved are growing, the role of bank employees, who are the first to interact with victims, is crucial. I ask that you continue to work together with Gwangyang Police to prevent crime victimization."
