Gwangju Science Center Recruiting Parent Monitoring Group 'Science Mom Club'
The National Gwangju Science Museum announced on the 19th that it is recruiting participants for the 8th term of the "Science Mom Club," a program targeted at parents with young children and teenagers.
The 8th term of the Science Mom Club is recruiting a total of 25 members, and applications will be accepted until March 18. The activity period is nine months, from April to December.
Main activities include participating in exhibitions, events, and educational programs at the science museum, attending meetings to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, and promoting science culture programs by completing missions assigned by the museum.
Club members will receive benefits such as free admission to the permanent and special exhibitions at the Gwangju Science Museum (once a month, up to three accompanying guests), and free participation in one-day educational programs (once a month, limited to members).
Additionally, this year, the benefits will be further expanded, including increased activity allowances for completing monthly missions and higher prizes for members selected as outstanding participants at the end of the year (six recipients of the National Gwangju Science Museum Director’s Award).
