Yangsan-si, Civil Servant AI Training... Leading Smart Administration Innovation
Fostering AI Utilization Skills
Driving Innovation and Efficiency in the Public Sector
Yangsan City in Gyeongnam successfully completed the "Yangsan City Public Officials Generative AI Utilization Special Lecture," held over four days from the 11th to the 14th for city public officials.
This training is the second generative AI practical education for public officials following 2024, representing a pioneering effort to enhance the efficiency of public administration and accelerate smart administrative innovation by utilizing AI technology.
While last year's training focused on learning the basic usage of AI technology, this session covered specific methods of integrating various AI tools into administrative tasks through advanced practice. In particular, the lectures provided diverse content ranging from fundamental AI theory to hands-on practice, centering on practical cases that can improve work speed and accuracy, which received great responses from participants.
Through this training, Yangsan City expects to establish a foundation for public officials to actively apply AI technology in their work, maximize work efficiency by increasing speed and accuracy, and foster an innovative culture within the organization, thereby strengthening organizational competitiveness.
