TestTech and Labor-Management Joint Cooperation Agreement... "We Will Strive to Improve Quality"
Testech announced on the 11th that it has signed a joint labor-management cooperation agreement at its headquarters located in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, to enhance corporate value.
The joint labor-management cooperation agreement ceremony was attended by CEO Han Seung-hee, executives, and labor union officials. Through the agreement, the company plans to overcome the management crisis and strengthen the customer-centric system to improve sales and quality.
At the ceremony, CEO Han said, "We will join forces between labor and management to overcome the management crisis and enhance customer value," adding, "We will transform into a quality-centered company loved by customers."
He continued, "Recognizing that our existence value lies in increasing customer productivity, all employees will strive to improve their understanding of products and facilities, including comprehensive quality education."
Lee Hong-yoon, Acting Chief of the Testech Branch, stated, "The company and union members will unite with one heart and one mind to elevate our status as the best printed circuit board (PCB) inspection company in Korea."
