It was organized to respond quickly and accurately to water accidents such as ice breaking that may occur during winter and thawing periods.
The training focused on the characteristics of winter inland water rescue conducted under low water temperatures beneath the ice, proceeding in the order of dive preparation, search for rescue targets, and rescue procedures after discovery. In particular, it included the activation of the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT), assuming a situation where a safety accident occurs among team members during the search for rescue targets.
