LifeSemantics "TSS Metal, OEM Contract with Tris"
Life Semantics announced on the 31st that its subsidiary TSS Metal has signed an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) supply contract with Tris, a special aerospace alloy manufacturer.
TSS Metal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Life Semantics. It is currently pursuing the acquisition of the first vendor code for the Space Distribution Center (SDC) from the world's largest private aerospace company.
Tris is the first company in Korea to successfully produce semiconductor tubes. It has established a leading position in manufacturing fields such as stainless steel. The company has shown continuous growth by supplying high value-added products to major global clients including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Company.
Through this contract, the two companies plan to collaborate on supplying products to the world's largest private aerospace company. TSS Metal will directly supply special alloy products for space launch vehicles overseas in cooperation with Sphere Korea, while Tris will produce products on an OEM basis according to TSS Metal's orders.

Accordingly, both companies expect to establish direct and indirect business relationships with the world's largest private aerospace company and achieve sales growth. A company representative stated, “We will maximize synergy by expanding the domestic aerospace special alloy product supply chain and establishing an Asian hub supply chain,” and added, “We anticipate continuous growth and stable sales expansion for both companies.”
