Support for Holiday Foods Such as Rice Cake Soup and Yugwa for Senior Residents
Busan Metropolitan Corporation (BMC) is holding the 'Warm Hearts Lunar New Year Celebration' event for elderly residents of rental apartment senior centers in celebration of the nation's biggest holiday, Seollal.
This event was planned to deliver a warm sharing culture to residents who may feel isolated during the holiday period.
From the 23rd, BMC delivered holiday foods such as rice cake soup rice cakes, yugwa, and yakgwa to 11 senior centers in permanent rental apartment complexes, including Hakjang 1 District, over two days.
