Hoban Group announced on the 22nd that it held a ‘Brand Day’ at its company cafeteria in collaboration with the global acai specialty dessert brand ‘Oakberry Korea.’ Brand Day is a project where Hoban Hotel & Resort and CJ Freshway cooperate to offer employees menus from famous restaurants. This event marked Oakberry’s first collaboration with a corporate cafeteria.
At this year’s first Brand Day, Oakberry’s popular menu items ‘Golden Soul’ and ‘Fairy Berry’ were introduced. Employees responded positively, saying, “We were happy to enjoy desserts we had always wanted to try at the company cafeteria.”
A representative from Hoban Hotel & Resort’s Food and Beverage Planning Team said, “We chose the superfood acai berry as the first menu to wish for employees’ health,” adding, “We plan to continue various collaborations to provide balanced meals and healthy food.”
Meanwhile, according to a survey by market research firm Embrain Trend Monitor, 76.4% of respondents said that ‘the quality of the company cafeteria affects employee happiness.’ This indicates that the cafeteria has become an important element of in-house welfare.
