To promote the project, the district signed a business agreement with the project implementer, Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation, and plans to supply public housing by next year after going through procedures such as approval of the housing construction business plan.
Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation will construct 12 units of the housing at 160-8 Anam-dong 5-ga, with move-in starting next year. Rent will be set lower than nearby market prices according to the income level of the tenants. This project is part of the 'Anam-dong Urban Regeneration New Deal Project' initiated in September 2020.
