Hyundai Construction announced on the 16th that it held an award ceremony for subcontractors with zero accidents throughout all processes. This reward system targets small and medium-sized subcontractors with excellent safety management. In the second half of last year, 22 subcontractors were selected from outstanding sites and awarded a total prize money of approximately 170 million KRW. Five companies, including Unho Engineering, Hyojin Co., Ltd., Dong-eun Facilities, Jaesung Aluminum, and Samnam Engineering, attended the ceremony as representatives to receive the awards. Hyundai Construction introduced this reward system for the first time in 2022, selecting subcontractors who achieved zero accidents throughout all processes at the workplace and giving awards semiannually. Up to this year, 178 subcontractors have achieved this, receiving a total prize money of 1.43 billion KRW.
