Jindo County to Hold 'Conversations with Residents' Tour from 20th to 23rd
Explanation of Last Year’s Achievements and This Year’s County Administration Direction
Jindo County, South Jeolla Province (Governor Kim Heesu) announced on the 17th that it will hold the '2025 Dialogue with Residents' by touring a total of seven towns and townships, starting with Jodo-myeon from the 20th to the 23rd.
This year's Dialogue with Residents will be held in the following order: ▲Jodo-myeon (20th, 10 a.m.) ▲Gunnae-myeon (21st, 10 a.m.) ▲Jindo-eup (21st, 2 p.m.) ▲Uisin-myeon (22nd, 10 a.m.) ▲Gogun-myeon (22nd, 2 p.m.) ▲Jisan-myeon (23rd, 10 a.m.) ▲Imhoe-myeon (23rd, 2 p.m.).
Governor Kim Heesu plans to explain to residents the achievements of the county administration last year, this year's administrative vision, major operational strategies, and future plans through the dialogue. In addition, he will listen to various inconveniences and suggestions from residents and reflect them in county administration.
Governor Kim stated, "All communication begins with carefully listening to the opinions of residents," and added, "Through these dialogues, we will closely examine the daily lives of residents and further strengthen empathetic administration by walking together and making eye contact."
Meanwhile, Jindo County collected 106 resident opinions through last year's Dialogue with Residents and is systematically checking the progress of suggestions and long-standing projects on a quarterly basis.
