Gyeonggi Office of Education, 'Work Performance and Competency Enhancement Training' for Personnel and Service Officers
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is taking steps to support the work performance and enhance the capabilities of personnel in charge of human resources and service management at education support offices.
On the 17th, the Provincial Office of Education announced that it conducted training for education public service staff responsible for personnel and service management during the first half of this year at the Gwanggyo Southern Office of Education in Suwon.
In particular, this training focused on personnel transfers and exchanges of education public service staff ahead of the regular personnel appointments scheduled for March 1, providing support for efficient personnel management. Additionally, the training shared inter-office tasks related to the newly established position of ‘Neulbom Administrative Assistant’ for new recruitment.
The Provincial Office of Education operates a focused counseling system (mentoring) for newly appointed personnel in charge of education public service staff and actively strives to improve the work capabilities of less experienced staff by producing and distributing a service management manual for education public service staff.
