View original imageThe ‘K-Digital Training Leading Company Academy’ (KDT) is a talent development project in the advanced industry sector, where leading companies directly design training courses and cultivate practical talents through project-based training utilized in actual fieldwork.
As a leading company, BNK Busan Bank, a representative financial institution in the region, hopes that local talents will become excellent digital and IT experts and contribute to revitalizing the regional economy. Through this program, it plans to focus on nurturing financial software personnel in the Busan area.
The Busan Information Industry Promotion Agency is promoting the ‘Busan Digital Innovation Academy (BDIA)’ project, which trains a large number of information and communication technology (ICT) professionals. From 2022 to 2024, it has trained a total of 4,500 ICT personnel and achieved employment results for 2,000 people.
BNK Busan Bank will operate the KDT training course for six months from February 27 to August 27, 2025. This training program focuses on developing financial product platform technologies using generative AI based on an understanding of financial services. In particular, outstanding trainees will be offered various benefits, including exemption from document screening when applying for employment at Busan Bank.
Kim Tae-yeol, Director of the Busan Information Industry Promotion Agency, said, “With BNK Busan Bank, a representative financial institution in the Busan area, participating in the ‘Busan Digital Innovation Academy,’ we will actively strive to help young people in Busan grow into experts through systematic financial service development training and connect it to employment.”
