The ‘Maintenance Project Academy’ is held once a month to share the main implementation stages and precautions of redevelopment and reconstruction projects with residents to enhance their understanding and enable them to actively participate in the projects.
For this session, the head of the Yeongdeungpo Redevelopment and Reconstruction Counseling Center will serve as the instructor and provide detailed explanations on ▲ major amendments to maintenance projects ▲ key points at each implementation stage, covering the latest trends in maintenance projects. Additionally, through case-centered lectures, the complex maintenance procedures will be conveyed in an easy-to-understand manner, and a Q&A session will be provided to help residents resolve any questions or difficulties they experience on-site.
Any resident interested in maintenance projects can participate free of charge. Applications can be made through the ‘Integrated Reservation’ section’s ‘Recruitment’ board on the Yeongdeungpo-gu website or by phone at the ‘Yeongdeungpo Redevelopment and Reconstruction Counseling Center.’
Currently, the district is actively promoting over 80 various maintenance projects aimed at improving the urban landscape and residential environment, including ▲ redevelopment and reconstruction ▲ Moa Town and Moa Housing ▲ street housing maintenance projects ▲ and urban public complex housing projects.
To support these efforts, two ‘Yeongdeungpo Redevelopment and Reconstruction Counseling Centers’ are operated to provide residents with accurate and professional information, facilitating speedy project progress. The counseling centers are located on the 1st floor of the Singil 5-dong Community Service Center and the 2nd floor of the Mokhwa Village Vitality Center in Mullae-dong, operating from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays.
Residents can resolve their questions related to maintenance projects through visits or phone consultations.
