"Geumju's Bokdeokbang" is a field-oriented, community-centered communication activity launched with the intention of bringing fortune and virtue to local residents. Moon visits Goheung, Boseong, Jangheung, and Gangjin on the last Saturday of every month to listen to residents' concerns and gather opinions on regional development.
During the Bokdeokbang session, local residents proposed the following: reclassification of forklifts used in agriculture as agricultural machinery; revision of laws and regulations to lift agricultural promotion zones; establishment of compensation for damages in the gillnet fishery industry; suggestions for youth agricultural settlement support projects; and improvements to the agricultural direct payment system.
Moon stated, "Due to the December 3 Martial Law and rebellion incident, the already struggling livelihood economy is plummeting with no end in sight," and emphasized, "The most urgent solution to overcome the current livelihood crisis and restore the local economy is the immediate arrest, detention, and impeachment of President Yoon Sukyeol."
Moon also said, "I will focus on listening carefully to each and every resident and reflecting their voices in my legislative activities," and added, "I will continue to strive to develop the best possible solutions to the issues raised today so that residents can truly feel the changes."
