He also plans to communicate closely with the staff of the neighborhood community centers. He will listen to the difficulties faced by junior employees and field workers and reflect them in improving administrative services and work environments. Since taking office, Mayor Kim has continued communication administration through systems such as 'Hwamokhan Date,' 'On-Site Meetings,' and 'Neighborhood Walks.'
The district office stated that the 'Direct Communication Phone with Neighborhood Heads,' introduced nationwide for the first time last year, received great responses from residents. The communication phone serves as a channel to listen to and respond in real time to various resident opinions, from minor inconveniences in daily life to policy proposals, thereby building trust in administration.
