Police Special Investigation Unit Issues Third Summons for Lee Kwang-woo, Head of Security Headquarters
The police have issued a third summons to Lee Kwang-woo, Chief of Security Headquarters at the Presidential Security Service, who is suspected of obstructing the execution of an arrest warrant for President Yoon Seok-yeol.
The Special Investigation Unit of the National Police Agency announced on the 10th through a press release, "We have sent a summons to Chief Lee, who did not comply with the second summons today, ordering him to appear by 10 a.m. on the 13th."

Earlier, the police had notified Chief Lee to appear by 2 p.m. on the same day, but he did not show up. The Special Investigation Unit also issued a third summons to Kim Seong-hoon, Deputy Chief of Security, for 10 a.m. on the 11th, and a second summons to Lee Jin-ha, Director of the Security and Safety Headquarters, to appear by 2 p.m. on the same day.
