Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Young-hyun) announced on the 10th that it is recruiting real estate agencies to participate in the 'Good Bokdeokbang' housing search support project.
The 'Good Bokdeokbang' housing search support project is designed to help housing-vulnerable groups who have been selected as tenants under programs such as the 'Housing Upgrade Support Project for Housing-Vulnerable Groups' and 'LH·GH Existing Housing Jeonse Lease' but are having difficulty finding housing, to quickly find jeonse housing that suits their conditions by connecting them with local real estate experts.
The recruitment target is licensed real estate agents operating offices within Pocheon City who are interested in supporting housing-vulnerable groups in the local community. Participating real estate agents will assist with housing search and contract processes.
