View original imageOn the 10th, at the '2025 New Year Town Hall Meeting' held the previous day at LG HelloVision headquarters in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, CEO Song said, "In the new year, we must focus on qualitative improvement and management efficiency while securing additional growth engines in home and future businesses," adding, "Let us continue efforts to improve customer experience and innovate work methods across all business areas."
He continued, "In difficult times, please demonstrate strong execution by focusing on the most important goals through 'selection and concentration' and producing results through systematic process management." The town hall meeting was also broadcast live on video, allowing all employees company-wide to participate.
CEO Song also stated, "Despite the challenging business environment last year, new businesses such as rental and education grew, securing meaningful references," and expressed gratitude to employees for their efforts in delivering differentiated customer value across services.
He emphasized continuing differentiated growth through a customer-centric organizational culture. He said, "The management environment surrounding the pay-TV market is expected to become more difficult in the new year," adding, "At times like this, we must be faithful to the basics and soundness."
