Professional Instructors Invited at Gunsan CC to Enhance Job Competencies
The Korea Public Golf Course Association held the 2025 Management and Course Management Workshop.
It took place at Gunsan CC in Jeonbuk from the 6th for a 1-night, 2-day schedule. About 70 employees and executives from member companies of the association attended. The focus was on improving the job skills of employees and executives in the fields of public golf course management and course management. Specialized instructors were invited for each sector. Topics covered included response measures to prevent golf course safety accidents, corporate management and leadership, artificial intelligence (AI) development and corporate management, course management system (ECM), strategic course management methods in response to climate change, fertilization management points for optimal turf care, and management methods to enhance the durability of course management equipment.
