Kyobo Securities Supports Youth Preparing for Independence... Selects 'Dream UP 4th Cohort'
Kyobo Securities announced on the 6th that it will select the 4th cohort of ‘Dream UP’ to support youth preparing for independence.
Launched in 2023, ‘Dream UP’ is Kyobo Securities’ flagship social contribution program aimed at supporting the successful independence of youth preparing for self-reliance and strengthening their participation in the local community.
The 4th cohort of ‘Dream UP’ will select about 10 candidates recommended by Kyobo Securities-designated welfare organizations such as Dongmyeong Child Welfare Center, Sangnok Orphanage, Don Bosco Child Center, and the social cooperative ‘Dream Makers.’
Selected youths will receive a total scholarship of 30 million KRW to support self-development and living expenses, including academic studies, certification acquisition, and employment training, to help them maintain a stable independent life.
In particular, starting from the 4th cohort, the support fund has been expanded to focus on enhancing psychological stability, thereby establishing a more practical foundation for independence.
