South Korea's Leading Fish Cake Brand Samjin Eomuk to Participate in '2025 CES Expo'
From the 7th, the Korean representative fish cake brand "Samjin Eomuk" will participate in the "2025 CES Expo" held in Las Vegas, USA.
As part of the Busan University of Foreign Studies' University Innovation Support Project, the local leading company Samjin Food (Samjin Eomuk) will participate and operate a booth and exhibition together with Busan University of Foreign Studies.
Samjin Eomuk aims to showcase the potential of fish cake as a future seafood protein under the concept of Blue Meat (fish protein), utilizing its self-developed Blue Meat Powder (freeze-dried surimi powder) to promote the "possibility of fish cake" locally.
