Daekyo Newif Acquires Hyodam Lifecare Long-term Care Center
Daekyo Newif announced on the 2nd that it has acquired 10 long-term care centers in the metropolitan area from Aplus Hyodam Lifecare. Through this, Daekyo Newif has established a foundation to effectively provide long-term care services by operating the largest day care centers in the metropolitan area.
The centers acquired this time include 7 day care centers, 2 home care centers, and 1 welfare equipment office located in Seongbuk, Songpa, Mokdong, Gangseo, Yongin, Goyang, Namyangju, and Nowon, operated by Hyodam Lifecare, a funeral brand of Aplus Life.

View original imageThrough this, Daekyo Newif has built a nationwide long-term care service network, including 13 directly operated day care centers, 16 directly operated home care centers, and 30 franchise centers nationwide.
Going forward, Daekyo Newif plans to introduce senior cognitive enhancement programs specialized for the centers acquired since last year and support stable direct operation conversion through company-wide assistance.
A Daekyo Newif official stated, “With this acquisition, we have established a base where seniors living in the metropolitan area can receive stable and systematic long-term care services,” adding, “We plan to continuously expand long-term care centers and become Korea’s leading senior life solution company with high customer satisfaction through the development of various services for seniors.”

Meanwhile, Daekyo Newif plans to actively implement the ‘Newif Partners’ program, which offers various benefits such as 1:1 supervising for prospective franchise entrepreneurs, exemption from incubating, initial center supplies support, and profitability improvement for franchise owners.
