Support Policy for Victims' Legal Services and Rights Protection
The Korean Bar Association will provide legal service support related to the Jeju Air passenger plane disaster.
On the 31st, the Gwangju District Bar Association (President Jang Jeong-hee) announced the formation of a Legal Support Team for the Jeju Air accident (led by lawyer Im Tae-ho) to offer legal assistance services to disaster victims.
The Bar Association also decided to provide human and material support to collaborate with disaster victims, ensuring comprehensive support for resolving the disaster (including securing victims' rights during the disaster recovery process, fact-finding activities, media response, and cooperation with social organizations).
