Olchan Co., Ltd. (CEO Yang Seung-hyun), currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Eunpyeong-gu Chamber of Commerce, announced that to commemorate winning the 44th Eunpyeong-gu Citizen Award (Entrepreneur category), it has produced a 2025 calendar featuring the creativity of individuals with developmental disabilities and will distribute it to welfare facilities and the local community within Eunpyeong-gu.

This calendar is not just a simple scheduling tool but is centered around calligraphy works created directly by people with developmental disabilities. The artworks contain warm messages and hope, aiming to foster communication and empathy between people with and without disabilities and to raise awareness of the potential of individuals with disabilities.

CEO Yang Seung-hyun stated about this project, “I hope this calendar will serve as an opportunity to improve social awareness of people with disabilities and for many to understand and support their creativity and artistic value.” He added, “Practicing the value of sharing together with the Eunpyeong-gu community and creating warm changes is another responsibility as an entrepreneur.”

The calendar will be distributed to welfare facilities within Eunpyeong-gu, members of the Chamber of Commerce, and other local community members, aiming to contribute to the creation of an inclusive society where people with and without disabilities coexist without discrimination.

Olchan plans to continue various activities to build a warm society where marginalized neighbors live together in harmony. This calendar is expected to be the first step in these efforts and serve as a meaningful medium to promote positive change in the local community.
