The building spans from one basement floor to three above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 2,991㎡.
Since Songnae-dong was separated from Bulhyeon-dong due to overcrowding on May 14, 2007, the Songnae-dong office had been using the Science Tower. However, residents experienced inconvenience due to poor facilities and a cramped office during resident autonomy programs and various events.
Through this new construction project, the space has been newly created to provide better administrative and welfare services to local residents.
