Hanul Unit 2 Completes 25th Planned Preventive Maintenance, Reaches 100% Output
Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (Director Lee Seyong) announced, "Hanul Unit 2 (Pressurized Water Reactor, 950 MW class), which entered planned preventive maintenance on November 1, resumed power generation on December 22 and reached 100% output at 3:25 AM on the 24th."
During the planned preventive maintenance period, Hanul Unit 2 completed the statutory inspection required by the Nuclear Safety Act, replaced fuel, and conducted equipment system inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and reliability of the power generation facilities.
