The three-page handwritten letter contained claims that “(the rebel group) is planning to maintain power in the upcoming presidential election.” Cho was sentenced to two years in prison for his children’s admission fraud and allegations of covering up Blue House inspections, and was incarcerated on the 16th at Seoul Detention Center in Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi Province.
Cho stated, “The public saw Yoon Seok-yeol’s true face vividly through the December 3 emergency martial law incident,” adding, “We were hosting as president someone who uses state power like an absolute monarch with the awareness level of an extreme right-wing YouTuber.” He continued, “This behavior did not suddenly appear,” criticizing, “During his time as Prosecutor General, he abused prosecutorial power, and after becoming president, he abused presidential authority. He is a monster who always uses power to the extreme to maintain and strengthen his own power.”
