Dobong-gu (District Mayor Oh Eon-seok) announced that it has received re-certification as a family-friendly organization from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The district has maintained its qualification until November 2027 with this re-certification, following its initial family-friendly certification (2017?2019), extension (2020?2021), and re-certification (2022?2024).
The family-friendly certification is a system that grants certification through evaluation to companies and public institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly policies to support workers in balancing work and family life.
The district received excellent evaluations for leading employee welfare and creating a family-friendly workplace culture by providing worker counseling, family care leave, health checkup support, and recreational facilities.
