Through this Integrity Reverse Mentoring, department heads, team leaders, and younger generation employees had time to empathize with and understand each other's perspectives and thoughts. In particular, team-building activities were conducted to promote employee harmony, and education on healthy integrity communication methods was provided using the drafting of an integrity communication pledge and facilitation techniques.
