Im Dong-hyun, a member of the Muan County Council, raised his voice, saying, “President Yoon Seok-yeol’s declaration of martial law violated the procedures and requirements set by the Constitution and even carried out an unconstitutional loyalist coup by mobilizing martial law troops to paralyze the National Assembly. Immediate impeachment must be carried out.”
