Changwon Special City Holds Kimchi-Making Sharing Event for Underprivileged Groups
Delivery of 1,000 Boxes of Kimjang Kimchi to North Korean Defectors and Underprivileged Families
On the 13th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam announced that a kimchi-sharing event was held around Wonheungsa Pagoda in Changwon, hosted by Changwon Wonheungsa and the Gyeongnam Regional Council of the National Unification Advisory Council.

About 100 participants, including Hong Nampyo, Mayor of Changwon Special City, Provincial Assemblyman Park Haeyoung, believers, and local residents, joined the event.
Despite their busy schedules, the participants sincerely made kimchi, reflecting on the meaning of sharing. The 1,000 boxes of kimchi prepared will be delivered to North Korean defector families and marginalized households in the area.
