Hancom and LG AI Research Institute Join Hands for AI Business Collaboration... Strategic Partnership Established
Hancom announced on the 12th that it has signed a strategic partnership with LG AI Research Institute for cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI) business.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to establish a close cooperative relationship in AI technology and service fields, combining their core competencies to maximize synergy.
Hancom has demonstrated over 30 years of accumulated expertise in document solution technology and the capability to provide stable AI services in closed network environments. By leveraging LG AI Research Institute's large language model (LLM) 'ExaOne,' it is expected to offer highly reliable AI services.
Hancom is currently considering utilizing ExaOne as the AI engine for proof-of-concept (PoC) projects of Hancom AI products such as Hancom Assistant and Hancompedia, which are being conducted for multiple institutions and companies. They also plan to explore cooperation in the on-device AI business sector.
