Hwasun-gun Wins 'Encouragement Award' in Jeonnam City and County Volunteer Center Evaluation
Jeonnam Governor's Award Goes to Jeong Yeon-ok and Shin Young-hee
Hwasun County (Governor Gu Bok-gyu) announced that it received the Encouragement Award in the Volunteer Center evaluation category at the '2024 Jeollanam-do Volunteer Conference' held on the 4th at the Kim Dae-jung Auditorium of Jeollanam-do Provincial Office.

View original imageIndividual awardees included Jeong Yeon-ok of the Korea Life Improvement Hwasun County Federation and Shin Young-hee of the Korea Women's Association Hwasun County Branch, who received the Jeonnam Governor's Award; Seo Jae-kyung of the Namdo Love Hwasun County Volunteer Group, who received the Jeonnam Provincial Council Chairman's Award; and volunteer Lee Mi-hwa of the Dong-myeon Autonomous Crime Prevention Unit, who was honored with the Volunteer Center Chairman's Plaque of Appreciation.
The Jeollanam-do Volunteer Conference is an event to commend and encourage volunteers who have worked to promote volunteerism over the past year, with participants from volunteer groups across 22 cities and counties in Jeonnam.
