General Yeo is identified as the person who, under the orders of former Minister of National Defense Kim Yong-hyun at the time of the emergency martial law declaration, deployed counterintelligence troops to the National Assembly and the Central Election Commission and attempted to arrest key figures such as Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, and Han Dong-hoon, leader of the People Power Party.
