GH Partners with Kookmin Bank to Launch 'Jeonse Lease Platform' Service
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is partnering with KB Kookmin Bank to operate a platform for jeonse rental customers.
On the 10th, GH announced that it will launch the 'GH Jeonse Rental Platform' service in collaboration with KB Kookmin Bank to ensure housing stability for residents worried about issues such as empty-can jeonse and jeonse fraud.

View original imageThe GH Jeonse Rental Platform is a service within the KB Real Estate platform that allows jeonse rental customers to check their eligibility, search real-time listings that meet their qualifications, and verify loanable amounts and monthly payments.
Additionally, to prevent jeonse fraud, the platform offers up to two free pre-safety inspections for desired properties each month.
