View original imageAccording to the legal community on the 9th, the Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law (headed by Park Se-hyun, Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office) summoned Jeon the previous day as a witness for questioning.
It is reported that Jeon accompanied President Yoon Seok-yeol when he visited the Joint Chiefs of Staff Combat Situation Room, where the Martial Law Command Situation Room was established, after the president declared martial law on the 3rd.
The prosecution is believed to have confirmed the situation at the scene and President Yoon's instructions with Jeon.
