Founded in 2014, the nonprofit organization Social Normalization Movement Headquarters engages in various social volunteer activities, including citizen efforts to improve outdated customs and systems inherited from the past.
Additionally, to assist neighbors in vulnerable housing conditions who are more easily exposed to fire risks in daily life due to insufficient winter safety equipment, the organization consistently practices sharing every year and continues its good deeds.
Kim Du-jin, Chairman of the Social Normalization Movement Headquarters, said, “We hope that distributing fire prevention kits to residents vulnerable to winter fires will help eliminate safety blind spots.”

Mayor Lee Kang-deok expressed, “We thank all members of the Social Normalization Movement Headquarters for donating winter safety supplies. Since winter is a particularly harsh season for vulnerable groups such as elderly living alone, we will ensure that fire prevention items are properly delivered so that no neighbors are left out. The city will also make every effort to prevent cold wave damage through thorough facility inspections and safety management.”
