Yeoju-si, Objection Sites Decided and Announced as of July 1, 2024
Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 6th that it plans to hold the Yeoju Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee on the 17th to review objections to land prices as of July 1, 2024.
The total number of parcels surveyed and assessed as of July 1, 2024, is 5,620. These parcels include lands that have undergone division or merger from January 1 to June 30 this year, and they serve as the basis for imposing various charges such as national and local taxes.
For five parcels for which objections were received from landowners or interested parties between October 31, 2024, and November 29, 2024, following the decision and disclosure on October 31, officials in charge and appraisers will conduct on-site consultations with the complainants and review the cases before submitting them as agenda items.
According to the committee’s results, the complainants will be notified of the outcome, and the objection land prices will be adjusted and disclosed on the 23rd.
