Yangju-si Holds '2024 Regular Risk Assessment Results Sharing and Training'
Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 6th that it held the "2024 Regular Risk Assessment Results Sharing and Staff Training" on the 5th at the local "Gyeonggi Textile Comprehensive Support Center" for about 40 people including contractors, service providers, and consignment project managers.

View original imageThis event was organized to enhance on-site safety culture by sharing appropriate countermeasures after identifying risk factors at workplaces in advance in accordance with the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The city has been conducting the "2024 Yangju City Regular Risk Assessment" since last September.
On the day, Kim Kyung-soo, deputy director of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency Gyeonggi Northern Branch, served as a one-day instructor and provided detailed guidance on the risk assessment results, risk reduction measures, implementation plans, and matters that workers must comply with or pay attention to.
A Yangju City official emphasized, "We will continue to do our best to protect workers' safety through systematic safety and health management systems, including risk assessments."
