View original imagePocheon City has been participating in the gender equality organizational culture promotion project since 2022, marking its third year this year. The city has been striving to spread a gender-equal organizational culture through various policies and programs.
Key improvements include ▲raising awareness of gender equality among senior officials ▲improving personnel systems for work-family balance (preferential treatment system for public officials raising children) ▲expanding work-life balance (Work-Life Balance) to help MZ generation public officials adapt to the organization.
In particular, the 'Senior Officials' Gender Sensitivity UP! Gender Sensitivity Quiz Competition' and 'Separate Training for Senior Officials,' conducted to raise gender equality awareness among senior officials, were recognized as exemplary cases.
