Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Tae-hee) will conduct a capacity-building training session on the 5th for new public official training officers at the Education Support Offices. This is intended to alleviate the workload that new public officials face immediately upon appointment and to help them form broad social networks.

The Provincial Office of Education plans to expand the job academy currently operated in 25 Education Support Offices to include a standard program for new public officials in 2025 as well as customized job and emotional support (mentoring).
Additionally, through this training operation, the Provincial Office of Education aims to assist new public officials in adapting stably to public service, strengthen the capabilities of new public official officers by region, and actively promote education programs for new public officials centered on the Education Support Offices.
