Choo Kyung-ho: "'Impeachment Bill' to be Discussed Again at Party Meeting This Afternoon"
Han Dong-hoon, leader of the People Power Party, called on June 4 for the entire cabinet to resign and for strict accountability of responsible individuals, including the Minister of National Defense.
After an emergency party meeting at the National Assembly on the same day, Han told reporters, "I made three proposals at today's Supreme Council meeting and party meeting," stating this.

However, Han reported that while there was consensus at the party meeting on the total cabinet resignation and accountability of the Minister of National Defense, opinions were divided regarding the demand for the president to leave the party. Han added, "Regarding the third, there were various opinions, so we have tentatively concluded to listen to opinions and decide."
Regarding the opposition party's call for a 'presidential impeachment motion,' Han announced plans to hold another party meeting in the afternoon. Choo Kyung-ho, floor leader of the People Power Party, said, "We will hold a party meeting at an appropriate time in the afternoon," adding, "We will assess the situation of the Democratic Party a bit more and then gather the opinions of the members before making a statement." Han further added, "Explaining each of the Democratic Party's claims one by one could cause confusion, so we will end here for today."
