Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Choi Sang-mok is leaving without answering reporters' questions after completing a joint briefing of the emergency economic ministers' meeting with related ministers at the Government Seoul Office in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 4th.

After concluding the 'Emergency Economic Ministers' Meeting' at the Government Seoul Office in the morning, Deputy Prime Minister Choi stated at a briefing, "The government will do its utmost to resolve economic issues so that under any circumstances, the economic and business activities of our companies and the daily lives of our citizens are not affected."
Deputy Prime Minister Choi added, "To alleviate concerns about our economic situation, we will closely communicate and promptly share information with international credit rating agencies, major economic lines such as the United States, domestic economic organizations, and financial markets," and "We will also operate a 24-hour Economic and Financial Situation Monitoring Task Force (TF) to prevent any shocks to the real economy."
Choi urged, "At a time when domestic and international uncertainties are increasing, I ask everyone to continue their livelihoods and business activities in their respective fields so that our economy can operate stably."
