Emergency Meeting Held Under Martial Law
On the night of the 3rd, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon held an emergency meeting regarding the state of emergency declared by President Yoon Seok-yeol and urged, "Please do your best to ensure that there are no changes in citizens' daily lives such as livelihood, prices, distribution, and transportation."
According to Seoul City on the 4th, Mayor Oh held a meeting the previous night attended by the mayor's office team, the chief of protocol, and spokespersons to discuss this matter.

Seoul City also canceled Mayor Oh's scheduled official overseas trip to India and Malaysia on that day.
