Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) is recruiting tenants for the 'Yeoncheon BIX Gyeonggi Happy Housing' being built in Tonghyeon-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi Province.
Gyeonggi Happy Housing is a public rental housing provided at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to ensure housing stability for vulnerable groups such as young people including youth, university students, newlyweds, as well as the elderly and housing benefit recipients.
