Yangsan-si Hosts 'Hey, Start-up,' a Platform for Communication and Collaboration Among Startups
‘G-Space Dongbu’ Childcare Companies Networking Day
Yangsan City in Gyeongnam held a networking day event called ‘Hey, Start-up’ on the 28th at Yangsan M Convention to provide a platform for sharing ideas and communication among local start-up companies.
This event was organized to share the annual achievements of start-ups participating in ‘G-Space Dongbu,’ a start-up hub facility in the eastern region of Gyeongnam that opened last December, and to offer opportunities for cooperation and growth among local companies.
At the event, Yangsan City selected three start-ups with outstanding performance in investment attraction, employment, and sales: Code of Nature (CEO Park Jae-hong), L-Space (CEO Park Hong-joo), and Kitora Food (CEO Lee Ji-ye). Awards were presented, and each company shared their successful start-up cases.
In particular, special lectures on start-up success strategies received great responses from the start-up companies. These included ‘Key Issue Analysis of Trend Korea 2025’ by Dr. Lee Hye-won, co-author of the ‘Trend Korea’ series and research fellow at the Trend Korea Consumer Trend Analysis Center, and ‘How to Adapt to Changes in the AI Era’ by Seo Ki-seul, CEO of Unnoon Data and former researcher at KAIST Industrial Future Strategy Center.
Mayor Na Dong-yeon said in his welcoming speech, “I hope this event provided an opportunity for start-ups to share their experiences and know-how and to generate new ideas. Yangsan City will spare no support at every stage of the start-up journey, centered on G-Space Dongbu, to help overcome difficulties.”
